The automatic loader with dryer features automatic feeding and automatic dust removal functions, and the matched dryer is applied to dry recycled materials.

The high efficiency double air lip air ring features dual independent upper and lower air outlets. It delivers enhanced cooling performance to accelerate film bubble cooling and allows separate air volume adjustment to fit various polymers. It effectively improves film thickness uniformity and lifts production efficiency.

The screw adopts a force feeding structure, which is made of SAMC645 or 38CrMoAlA steel with nitriding treatment and a 3 mm thick alloy layer. It has an L/D ratio of 32:1 and a rotational speed range from 10 to 120 r/m, and comes with a five years warranty.

The bubble stabilizer ring maintains stable film bubble operation between the die head outlet and the traction unit. It is equipped with 6 to 12 multi layer electrically adjustable support arms customized according to different machine models and suitable for various processing technologies. This device is available in fixed or electric height adjustable types and fitted with aluminum guide rollers.

Vertical traction rotary of the blown film machine is mainly to eliminate the uneven thickness of the film bubble caused by the film "ribs" phenomenon, so as to improve the quality of the film.

The automatic double winders adopt inverter drive control and support automatic film roll cutting changing and discharging to reduce labor input. This equipment can produce single layer and two layers film, and can be split into two independent working units based on customer demands. Customers can also install slitting devices and side opening devices on the winder for different film application requirements.
