Using professional high-speed valve andreverse screw stirring technology and continuous weight lessness control technology,precise proportioning of raw materials andmixing can effectively avoid chromatic ab-erration and reduce labor.

The system uses capacitive measurement technology to continuously measure thethickness during the film production pro-cess, mounted on a circular track, and con-nected to a 15" color touch screen.

IBC can accelerate the cooling of the inner and outer sides of the film , improve the transparency, tensile strength and other physical properties,which is conducive to the stabilization of the film, reduce the film width error and improve the yieldtouch screen.

 primary haul-off rollers and herringbone nippers rotate 180 degrees back and forth, making the film run in a radius. This keeps the blown film die stationary and eliminates "ripple" by altering the film's path to evenly distribute the bubble's thickness.
