ABC Three-Layer Co-Extrusion Line are designed developed by our corporation according to market need.It used for blowing LDPE/HDPE/LLDPE packaging films, and it has good insulation,for instance holding temperature,antihumid,antibreeze,anti-rain,anti-rost,insulation oxygen,oil resistive, and so used for light and heavy-duty packaging.For example fresh fruits,meat-feeding,salt vegetables, fresh milk, liquid drink.The most important ,this film blowing machine are equipped with IBC system to improve the transparency and uniformity of film products, and significantly increased the output of the machine.

Using professional high-speed valve andreverse screw stirring technology and continuous weight lessness control technology,precise proportioning of raw materials andmixing can effectively avoid chromatic ab-erration and reduce labor.

High precision die and high efficiency air ring cooling system guarantee consistent film thickness and high production efficiency. The IBC system upgrades the transparency and internal quality of finished films and greatly boosts the unit output.

The system uses capacitive measurement technology to continuously measure film thickness during the production process. It is mounted on a circular track and connected to a 15 inch color touch screen.

Automatic double winders

The IBC internal cooling system conducts real time air exchange via intake and exhaust structures to expel hot air and volatiles from the film bubble and cool molten resin rapidly. It improves film transparency gloss and yield and enables precise bubble diameter adjustment with data output and real time display for simple operation. Matched with a double air lip automatic air ring it regulates airflow for various polymers and ensures stable film forming quality.

In this method, the primary haul-off rollers and herringbone nippers make a 180-degree round-trip rotation, the film runs in a radius.This type of rotation allows the blown film die to remain stationary at all times, eliminating the "ripple" phenomenon by changing the film's running path to evenly distribute the thickness of the film bubble.

The automatic double winders adopt inverter drive control and support automatic film roll cutting changing and discharging to reduce labor input. This equipment can produce single layer and two layers film, and can be split into two independent working units based on customer demands. Customers can also install slitting devices and side opening devices on the winder for different film application requirements.
