The automatic air ring is a double air lip air ring composed of software and automaticcontour control system, which is used tocontrol the air volume of the upper andlower air lips to match the characteristics ofthe plastic polymer.

The system uses capacitive measurement technology to continuously measure thethickness during the film production pro-cess, mounted on a circular track, and con-nected to a 15" color touch screen.

The Exhaust Gas Collection System efficiently captures and removes fumes and volatile gases generated during film extrusion. It helps maintain a cleaner and safer production environment while reducing the impact of exhaust emissions. With optimized airflow and reliable operation, the system supports stable production, improves workplace conditions, and contributes to more environmentally friendly blown film processing.

In this method, the primary haul-off rollers and herringbone nippers make a 180-degree round-trip rotation, the film runs in a radius.This type of rotation allows the blown film die to remain stationary at all times, eliminating the "ripple" phenomenon by changing the film's running path to evenly distribute the thickness of the film bubble.

Automatic cutting,change anddischarge the film roll, save more labor.
