Using professional high-speed valve andreverse screw stirring technology and continuous weight lessness control technology,precise proportioning of raw materials andmixing can effectively avoid chromatic ab-erration and reduce labor.

The automatic air ring is a double air lip air ring composed of software and automaticcontour control system, which is used tocontrol the air volume of the upper andlower air lips to match the characteristics ofthe plastic polymer.

The system uses capacitive measurement technology to continuously measure thethickness during the film production pro-cess, mounted on a circular track, and con-nected to a 15" color touch screen.

IBC can accelerate the cooling of the inner and outer sides of the film , improve the transparency, tensile strength and other physical properties,which is conducive to the stabilization of the film, reduce the film width error and improve the yieldtouch screen.

Here, primary haul-off rollers and herringbone nippers rotate 180 degrees back and forth, making the film run in a radius. This keeps the blown film die stationary and eliminates "ripple" by altering the film's path to evenly distribute the bubble's thickness.

Automatic cutting,change anddischarge the film roll, save more labor.
