Twin Head Film Blowingmachine
This double head film blowing machine set is used for blowing HDPE LDPE plastic film to make various and flat bags which have been widely used for packing in the food industry,garment industry and textile industry,etc.
This machine is suitable for blowing small width of LDPE HDPE plastic film.Such as T-shirt bag,rolling bag,shopping bag and so on.Both the cylinder and the screw of the extruding are made of high quality alloy steel through nitration and precision finishing with the best hardness and corrosion resistance.

The bubble stabilizing ring stabilizes the bubble between the die head exit and conveyor. We offer a wide range of cages, ideal for all processes, with 6-12 arms at various levels (based on plant type) and electric control. Available in fixed or electrically adjustable height versions, with aluminum guide rollers.
Ensures smooth bubble collapsing, stable film transport, and precise thickness control. With a robust design and reliable performance, it is a standard component for blown film production lines.
Automatic cutting,change and discharge the film roll, save more labor.
