Three Layers ABA Co-Extrusion Plastic Film Blowing Machine

ABA film blowing machine has an unique advantage: its with 2 extruder and three layers extrusion, one is a internal filling layer.

Internal filling layer could be added the recovery of material and calcium carbonate which accounts for more than 80% of total output.

This line improves the physical toughness of film through multi-layers co-extrusion.

One main extruder provides material for internal and external layer and could reduce one main extruder.

Meanwhile it could achieve  decrease cost, energy saving and lower consumption.

Greatly decrease the cost of raw material in the production ensure customer with stronger market competitiveness.

ABA film blowing machine's barrel and screw all adopt high quality alloy steel through nitriding treatment and precision process, with good hardness and corrosion resistance.

Special designed screw has high output and great plastify.
