High Speed Heavy Duty Film Extrusion Machine  (FFS  film blowing machine) is a blown film extrusion equipment specifically designed for three-layer/five-layer co-extrusion heavy-duty packaging, primarily producing fully automatic FFS bags for fertilizers, chemical granules, and grains. Multi-layer blown film machine  features stable plasticization, uniform film thickness, excellent tensile and puncture resistance, and superior heat-sealing performance, making it suitable for high-speed filling production lines. The entire machine is energy-saving with frequency conversion and PLC intelligent control, featuring automatic deviation correction and rewinding, resulting in high production efficiency and low waste. It is a leading model for mass production of heavy-duty packaging bags.

Automatic air ring + online thickness measurement is a closed-loop control system on FFS heavy-duty blown film machines that ensures uniform film thickness. Real-time airflow control and automatic thickness correction ensure uniform film thickness, reducing waste and improving bag strength and sealing stability.

IBC (Inner bubble control system)

IBC can accelerate the cooling of the inner and outer sides of the film , improve the transparency, tensile strength and other physical properties,which is conducive to the stabilization of the film, reduce the film width error and improve the yieldtouch screen.

By rotating the entire traction system at a uniform speed, the inherent thickness deviation on the circumference of the membrane bubble is evenly distributed across the entire film. Rotation eliminates uneven winding caused by the accumulation of localized thick spots, ensuring a neat end face of the finished film roll.

Automatic single winding : roll changing without stopping the machine, saving labor, ensuring neat rolls, and adapting to high-speed FFS production.
