Using professional high-speed valve andreverse screw stirring technology and continuous weight lessness control technology,precise proportioning of raw materials andmixing can effectively avoid chromatic ab-erration and reduce labor.

The automatic air ring is a double air lip air ring composed of software and automaticcontour control system, which is used tocontrol the air volume of the upper andlower air lips to match the characteristics ofthe plastic polymer.

IBC accelerates cooling of the film's inner and outer sides, enhances transparency, tensile strength and other physical properties, aids film stabilization, reduces width error, boosts yield, and includes a touch screen.

Here, primary haul-off rollers and herringbone nippers rotate 180 degrees back and forth, making the film run in a radius. This keeps the blown film die stationary and eliminates "ripple" by altering the film's path to evenly distribute the bubble's thickness.

The chopped film material is pre-compressed and fed directly to the extruder. This makes it possible to carry out highly economical and environmentally friendly zero-waste production.(all production waste is fed back in)
