EPC/Edge Position Control

The IBC internal cooling system performs real time air exchange to expel hot air and volatiles cool molten resin fast and boost film quality and yield It supports precise bubble size adjustment and real time display Paired with a double lip air ring it fits various polymers for stable film forming.

The automatic double winder features inverter control, automatic roll cutting, changing and discharging, reducing labor input. It supports single- and two-layer films and can be equipped with slitting and side-opening devices for versatile applications.

Edge Position Control eliminates edge deviation during thin film processing and maintains stable and accurate film conveying.
